岗位职责
1. Support for small projects purchasing, non-production related indirect materials/ services purchasing for certain end user department. Coaching can be offered from superior.
2. Support for purchasing process optimization, KPI reporting, team meeting & etc
3. Support for ad-hoc projects ( like internal project) execution and documentation.
4. Support for compliance requirements (contract filing, important documents filing) & etc.
5. Others assigned by management.
岗位要求
1. Bachelor or above; Supply chain management major is preferred.
2. Have 6 months availability (5 days x 8 hrs) with no interruption.
3. Good command of written and oral English;
4. Details oriented but have good overview; Fast learning; Quick adaption for business needs. Being patient.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work under pressure.
6. Independent, proactive and positive personality, and open communication
