[招聘信息] 西门子招HR Intern

岗位职责
- Support department to deal with internal and external administration work in a confidential manner, and make sure SEWC departments to keep the high performance.
- Assist HR consultants to deal with posting jobs on internal and external channel, recruitment, check-in & out process and other issues.
- Other works: meeting arrangement, including meeting room booking, beamer preparation, etc; stationary application; post and receive mail for departments; support department manager and colleagues other necessary tasks.
Contacts:
-Internal contract: Siemens staffs and all SEWC department staffs.
-External Contact: Vendor and local government, etc.
岗位要求
-Fluent English in reading and writing.
-Fluent PC application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
-Good communication skills.
-Master Degree is preferred.
-At least 6 months internship.
